This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for Flomate subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Flomate is a software-as-a-service product billed per seat in INR (plus GST). Plans are billed in advance for each billing cycle (monthly or annual, as selected). Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan begins and the applicable fee is charged. You can cancel any time during the trial from your account settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing or by emailing support@flomate.io. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via our payment partner, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Applicable taxes are refunded in line with law.
Flomate is a digital service delivered online; there is no physical shipment. Access is provisioned to your account immediately upon successful payment.
